Moisture Meter

Keeping moisture levels in check is key to a healthy, balanced indoor environment.

Excessive indoor moisture is associated with a variety of undesirable conditions.  Moisture breeds the mold, mildew, and dust mites which trigger respiratory problems, allergies, and asthma–leading causes of absenteeism at work and school.  Damp conditions also promote the growth of bacteria and other pathogens that cause persistent coughs, skin irritation, and even more serious disease over time.  Beyond physical health, constantly humid spaces contribute to discomfort and fatigue, making it harder to concentrate.

And each of these effects is more pronounced in vulnerable individuals like children and the elderly.

FLIR MR 160

Our hand-held moisture meter helps you easily discover areas of excessive moisture that cause asthma and an array of other health issues.  Powered with an internal rechargeable battery, the FLIR MR160’s built-in thermal camera is the first of its kind. For non-intrusive measurements, the meter has an integrated pinless sensor, while the external pin probe enables users to take contact moisture measurements.  The meter is also equipped with free FLIR software that analyzes data and generates report.

We welcome the opportunity to help you minimize excessive moisture in your indoor environment–so that all can thrive.
